Back from my Bangkok trip~ Visited Bangkok for countless of times but the city continuously has my interests piqued. It was definitely a blessing to have met nice people who were both honest and helpful in a foreign country. So, a huge thank you to them. What made this trip a little more special was that my aunt & I had 2 days of adventure together before meeting my parents for the rest of the trip. For starters, everyone was so worried for the both of us because my aunt is a direction idiot and I get easily distracted.  But well, everyone's worries were irrelevant as we got around the city safe and sound. But through this trip, it made me realized how important my aunt is to me and that she would be my top choice of travel companion. Among every other things, she is beyond awesome and I love her for that! Bangkok city is a place where I hold close to my heart and I couldn't express how much the love I have for that place and I know I would keep going back for ...

Habouring High Hopes

On me:  Top (New Look)  Skirt (Bugis Street)  Statement necklace (Colette by Colette Hayman)  Block heel sandals (New Look)  Block heel sandals would always be my favorite aside to wedges~ It's something that is sturdy to walk in and I'm confident that I wouldn't fall flat onto the ground, plus it gives an extra boost in height and not forgetting that it pimps up a casual outfit.  Managed to pieced this outfit together for the contest that New Look Singapore is currently hosting on instagram, sadly I didn't win for this week. My preferred choice of jewelry and accessories would be a pair of statement earrings. I was initially inspired by Aria (from Pretty Little Liars), but because earrings don't oxidize and rust as fast as a necklace, I'd always take more interest in it rather than a statement necklace.  Insisted on getting this because it completes my graduation outfit and because the necklace has like cloth material...

I can proudly call myself a graduate of Murdoch University! Such a pity that I couldn't graduate with all of friends, mainly because the ceremony was split into two sessions and the people that I've been hanging out my entire uni life were all graduating on the second session. It's an incredibly amazing how far I've come, I'll definitely miss having late nights conversations with my team mates while editing report, all the pre-exams anxiety and awesome lunch companions that we'd spend hours discussing about our favorite shows~ Thank you to the wonderful people that I've crossed path with- I'd always remember those who made life in uni so much more interesting. Oh yes, I can't wait to explore Bangkok City in another 2 days, I hope it doesn't rain on me ): !!! Stay tuned to my instagram (I'm positive that there would be better updates!) The Importance of Being Different.

I spent one afternoon watching videos of him and I particularly liked this one. :) "It's more important to be different that to be good."

Outfit Details:  It's a Paris Thing striped tee - New Look  Orange Maxi Skirt - ASOS  Colours of California Ballet Flats - Zalora One of my favorite t-shirt that I got from New Look some time back. On a day that I run out of outfit ideas, this is definitely my go-to. I would pair it with jeans for a minimalist look or just pair it with a fancy skirt to dress it down.  (You can never say no to a great black x white shirt.) Paired the stripey tee over my favourite maxi skirt that I got from ASOS sale sometime back! But being a shortie, this maxi was just too long for me. But thankfully, I have help from my grandma for alteration. The perks of having a talented granny~  So glad that this set of photos turned out pretty well because it was taken under circumstances with no prior planning. Haha. I guess that's the fun part about being impromptu.  Here is a flatlay that I was so in love with during the month o...
