Timelessly Distracted

  📍  Yongma Land, Seoul  There is beauty that lies in an abandoned establishment. All that faded paint and rusty steel that's peeking through underneath adds a little more character than it already has ( - the crowd). Picture perfect place and instagramable if you will. 

  x April: Seoul, Korea x  3 months post trip and I'm sitting here day-dreaming and planning for my next get-away, hopefully this coming fall I'll go on the next adventure. There are still so much research to be done and planning involved that I should be doing but I digress and procrastinate while searching for new music. Here are some snippets to my Spring vacation in Seoul, I'll get back to write about my favourite places and how you can get there soon.  Thanks for sticking around. 

✈ Bangkok  To more adventures ahead... 📍Siam  Nearest BTS: Siam For all of my past trips to Bangkok, our home base never left Pratunam. Pratunam is a fabulous place to stay when your primary focus is for hardcore shopping at Platinum Fashion Mall, Krung Thong plaza and its morning market. A little fyi for y'all shopaholics, Glow & Centerpoint Pratunam are my top hotel choices for that area. For this trip, we made Siam Novotel our home base and boy oh boy do I love this location so damn much. There's so much to do, shop and eat without having to travel far. A great line-up of massage parlors across the hotel, the surrounding of shopping malls,  BTS station right at its door step, bustling night market and wide array of delicious Thai eateries & restaurants to taste. I'm back, I'm back! I hope everyone is well and is having a good start into the new year. Even though I'm late in greetings, here's to wishing you a to have a fulfilling & happy year. At the beginning to 2016, I kick-started the year with a trip to Thailand (Bangkok). Instead of the usual route, we added a road trip to Khao Yai to the itinerary before settling in Bangkok for the remaining days.  Most people are familiar with Bangkok for its vibrant metropolis, while at Khao Yai it's an entirely different place to explore. It's a door to its best kept secret of the great nature and luscious greens. When directions & driving is your forte, getting to Khao Yai is a piece of cake. If that's not the case then there are other options of bus or train that would get you there. Lucky for me, my dad is great at both and my uncle is an ace of his own.
