Timelessly Distracted

This year, I had two relatives who wished for me to get a boyfriend soon. Haha. Thanks but I just laughed it off like I always did. Comparing to previous year, I've been so complacent in putting together outfits for this occasion. Perhaps I'm just wasn't feeling it. Funny how I recalled saving some new pieces from my past shopping trip but it ended up not being good enough and my shipment from ASOS couldn't arrive on time. The lunar new year is an occasion that I love most because... it's such a great excuse to get new things for myself, the ang baos that I'll be collecting and visiting to relatives whom I've got the chance to meet once every year. This year was no different. Before the year of the dragon came to an end, our family had reunion dinner at mama (that's how I call my grandma) house. We had the usual steamboat with a lot of ingredients that were solely prepared by my lovely grandparents. Sadly, I didn't have pictures but we had a really great meal. Aloha~  I attended my Yubo's  (Cassandra) 21st Birthday Party last week~ It's a pretty small scaled party as Yubo only invited all her close friends. I'm so honoured to be part of being her circle of closed ones and thankful that I'm part of organising her party.  I've known this girl since we were 13 and when she asked me for help, I just couldn't say no.  It has got to be the one of best birthday parties that I've attended because the birthday girl had been very thoughtful to her guests~  The bunch of helium balloons which I got for the lovely Yubo!
